Whether you call it St. Patrick’s Day, St. Paddy’s, St. Patty’s, or St. Pattie’s, there’s one thing we know for a great day to party: March 17th! The weather is getting warmer lately and I’m glad to know that Spring has sprung. Flowers are blooming, things look more colorful now, and BBQ is just around the corner. But wait a minute, before we jump too far, let’s talk a little bit about something melty, something cold. Milkshake, it is! To make it extra special for St. Patty, I’ve decided to use …yeap, beer and chocolate ice cream. If you’re a beer lover, you need to try this. But, it doesn’t hurt to try even if you’re not. What is your favorite Spring recipes?
